Pine Mountain Gold Museum is pleased to announce that the annual Winter Wonderland Train Ride event is taking place as scheduled! See more than 4 miles of lights with more than 52,000 individual points of light as you ride through the forest aboard the Pine Mountain Scenic Railroad. Winter Wonderland will run every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night from November 30th to December 30th 2022.

2021 Winter Wonderland will run three (3) trains every hour beginning at 6:00PM every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. A food vendor, and concession will be on site. There are a total of seventeen (17) dates to choose from, and times are as follows:

We cannot guarantee you a seat on the train on any specific day, at any specific time without making an advanced reservation. In order to maximize everyone’s chance to ride the train during Winter Wonderland we have added an extra day of Winter Wonderland each week. This will help promote social distancing, while helping to avoid crowding, and lines.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE TIME LISTED ON YOUR TICKET. We cannot hold trains for late passengers, and the train will leave according to the published schedule. Don’t wait to get your tickets – we always have sold out trains!
Due to the limited number of days we have to operate Winter Wonderland, there will be no makeup days in the event that any specific day is cancelled due to weather. In the case of bad weather, the decision to cancel will be made the day of the event – as soon as possible – to help folks that might be traveling from a distance to the Museum. Notification of any cancellations, and schedule changes will be posted to the Pine Mountain Gold Museum’s Facebook first. If there is a cancellation, all online ticket sales will be automatically refunded and all affected ticketholders will be notified by email.
